If your reading this its probably because your Savant system isn't working and you have a red X in the upper right corner of the app. We call this the Ghostbusters symbol and it means your iOS device cannot find the Savant system.
There are couple simple steps you can follow to troubleshoot this issue.
- Is your iOS device connected to your homes wifi? The Wi-Fi logo will appear in the status bar at the top left of your display. If not, proceed to step 2, otherwise try step 3.

- If none of the above resolve your issue it appears the ghosts have gotten into you system and we may need to exterminate them. Please email us as firstname.lastname@example.org so we may promptly resolve the issue.
